My Favorite Band

QUEEN

My favorite band is queen because I like what they say in there song and what they are all about. Freddie Mercury is the lead singer and he is also gay which was a topic a lot of people talked about back when he was famous. He was born September 5, 1946 and died November 4, 1991 because of AIDS. He created many of his songs and one of my favorites is Bohemian Rhapsody which was also called the rare number 1 twice in the UK. 

The band as a whole has been interviewed many times and has been on the cover of many magazines including the very popular Rolling Stone editorial. Ever since I was little my father has played a lot of that type of music like ACDC, Styx and Aerosmith. I have grown p to love it and I listen to it all the time. It reminds me of Saturday evenings going to my uncles house and listening to it on the way over there.

I think I will always love Queen and listen to them even when I get older. I want future generations to appreciate and know the type of music that a lot of people listened to many years ago. Even though Freddie Mercury died his soul will stay with each of his songs forever and he will not be forgotten.

More Brain Busting

1 gallon-  Fill the 9 gallon bucket.  Pour 4 gallons into the 4 gallon bucket and pour it out.  You now have 5 gallons in the 9 gallon bucket.  Pour 4 gallons into the 4 gallon bucket and pour it out.  You now have 1 gallon in the 9 gallon bucket.

2 gallons- 

3 gallons- fill up the 4 gallon bucket and pour it into the 3 gallons in the 4 gallon bucket 

4 gallons- fill up the 4 gallon bucket 

5 gallons- fill the 9 gallon bucket. Use the 9 gallon bucket and fill the 4 gallon bucket, pour the 4 gallon bucket out and u will have 5 gallons in the 9 gallon bucket left.

6 gallons-  Fill the 9 gallon bucket.  Pour 4 gallons into the 4 gallon bucket and pour it out.  You now have 5 gallons in the 9 gallon bucket.  Pour 4 gallons into the 4 gallon bucket and pour it out.  You now have 1 gallon in the 9 gallon bucket. Pour that gallon in the 4 gallon bucket and fill up the 9 gallon bucket again pour the rest of that into the 4 gallon bucket then you will have 6 gallons in the 9 gallon bucket.

7 gallons-

8 gallons- fill the 4 gallon bucket up and fill the 9 gallon bucket up with that water twice.

9 gallons- fill the 9 gallon bucket up

10 gallons- Fill the 9 gallon bucket.  Pour 4 gallons into the 4 gallon bucket and pour it out.  You now have 5 gallons in the 9 gallon bucket.  Pour 4 gallons into the 4 gallon bucket and pour it out.  You now have 1 gallon in the 9 gallon bucket. fill the 9 gallon bucket up and por it to fill up the 4 gallon bucket then pour it out. Pour the 1 gallon into the 4 gallon bucket then fill up the 9 gallon bucket and you have 10.

11 gallons-

12 gallons-  Fill the 4 gallon bucket up and pour it into the 9 gallon bucket twice. After that fill up the 4 gallon bucket all the way and you will have 8 gallons in the 9 gallon bucket and 4 gallons in the 4 gallon bucket.

13 gallons- Fill both the 4 gallon and 9 gallon bucket up.

My favorite hobby

Something that I enjoy doing during my free time is going to the movies. I like doing this activity because every time you go you get to see something new and usually it is something you want to see rather than something you have to see. You can go with your friends or your family and everyone can enjoy what the theater has to offer.
One of the things that a movie theater has that your home usually doesn't is a wide spread variety of any candy or drink that you want. Even though it could be a little expensive sitting through a movie with your favorite treat is the best. Something that a movie theater is known for more than anything else is there popcorn and cold atmosphere inside the theater.
The price of a ticket is usually $12.50 which is expensive compared to what it used to be but it is worth it, especially when it is a type of movie that you like and could watch over and over again. When you put yourself in the atmosphere of a movie theater I honestly believe that I am in the movie. Everyone should partake in the activity.

My Favorite Movie

My favorite movie is Inception because of the plot and how it plays out. This movie has many plot twists and it stars Joseph Gordon Levitt who portrays mostly the man who runs the operation, Leonardo DiCaprio who is the main actor and is good at telling the story, Ellen Page who is mainly the aprentice and the one who is just learning how things work and she does that very well . In this movie it is all about dreams and how you can control the dreams that you are in. There are levels in the dreams that you have so if you fall asleep in your dream you go further down a level. The only way to be woken up is to be jolted by the sensation of falling.

In this movie it is shown that people who go into these deep sleeps can sometimes not get out and are paralyzed into a state called limbo where they are stuck forever. In the movie Leonardo who plays the character Cobb and his wife Mal played by Marion Cottilard build their own world together in a dream and when they came out Mal didn't know whether she was still in a dream or  she was in reality. Marion who plays Mal, takes on the role very seriously and I can believe that she means every word she says within the movie.Even though Cobb tells her that its real and that they are not in a dream Mal is suicidle and doesnt believe for sure. She goes back and forth between life and death.

This movie is one of my favorites because it has many plot twists and keeps you thinking for the entire movie. It is very mentally engaging and is challenging to figure out which is why I love it. I think everyone should see this movie at least once.
